Peugeot 405 Estate 1.9 GLXD Turbo 5d (1994/M) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
Paid a bit much for mine, but generally a good car for the money.
Costs
Make sure estate parcel shelf is ok - would you believe over £200 for a new one!
-
On the road
Driving
Excellent. Not much roll or understeer on corners - better than a lot of other cars.
Performance
Turbo diesel is really fast (for a diesel).
-
Living with it
Reliability
Not broken down yet and feels like it has another 100,000 miles in it.
Image
It's an estate car - what do you expect. It is quite pretty as estate cars go, I suppose.
Comfort
Seats are excellent. Turn the stereo up to drown out the engine.
-
Security and Service
Security
Factory alarm and immobiliser - no one's nicked it yet!
