At the time yes but once they had my money they didn't want to know. Had 2years left of three year warranty which was not worth the paper on which it was written.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Wanted a diesel estate with good equipment levels
What was the dealer like?
Words fail me in this area, much like the dealer did! Point blank refused to do any warranty work. Could not fix problem with air bag warning light - something to do with electric seat adjustment. Never use David Kerr Chelmsford

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
One of the first common rail diesels with 110bhp. More than adequate when it worked.
What's it like to park?
No parking sensors but good visibility all round.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Where do we start: 1) Air bag warning light always on - tried but couldn't fix. 2) Rear centre seat belt frayed - hardly used. All other belts in first class condition - dealer refused to honor any warranty. 3) Speedometer vibrates at 70mph - couldn't fix 4) Stereo on/off switch failed to work - not covered under warranty as used a lot. 6) Volume on stereo would increase to max for no reason - never fixed. Intermittent fault dealer view tough luck. 6) Needed new discs and pads on rear wheels after 20k - dealer response so what! 7) One engine injector leaked - lucky this was diesel not petrol or I would not be here today! 8) Fuel pump failed at 70mph on motorway. How my wife got to hard shoulder with out colliding with other vehicles I will never know. Basically lost all power.
What's most practical about your car?
