I own a 406 LD one month older and it is a far better car.
Costs
Servicing expensive.

Driving
At 125k miles still a great drive. LD has 176K miles and drives well.

A grudging 9/10.

Reliability
Very heavy on tyres suspension bushes rear suspension bushes very expensive to replace turbo failed replaced and never really worked gearbox failed twice.

Well it's never been stolen.

Absolutely awful. If you want to buy a Peugeot, take along a sledge hammer to waken up the dozy salesmen. As for Peugeot's website, least said the better.
