Value
No comment, other than to say it has depreciated by about 19K.
Costs
Servicing costs not too bad, about the same as for regular 406, except for when the cam belt needs a change this service costs about £700.

On the road
Driving
I have had this car from new and still enjoying driving it, even though it has got 160k on the clock.
Performance
Still goes very well and puts a smile on my face, only drive it about once a week these days due to the high mileage on it - 160K.

Living with it
Reliability
I have done 160k and it has never let me down, except when the rad packed up 150m from home. The rads seems to be a weak point; I have been through 5! Car has always had a flat spot, Peugeot used to try and fix it for the 1st couple of year but no luck
Image
A wolf in sheep's clothing.
Comfort
Very good.

Security and Service
Service
OK, however local Peugeot dealer used to charge about £100 for a service for cars 3y or older, they have now in stopped doing this and now charge about £160, needless to say I no longer use them for this reason.

Other
When the car was 2 years old it used to cut out just after starting from cold, traced eventually to a faulty sensor.
