Economy
Value
Excellent value when purchased nearly new. Saved £6k on list price for 8 month old car with 4.5k miles on clock.
Costs
Still under warranty so not really exposed to full costs yet. Servicing prices fair, but fuel consumption much heavier than 37mpg official figure for combined cycle. Averaging more like 29-32mpg.

On the road
Driving
Excellent driving position and visibility, engine responsive, but refined, handling amazing for MPV, ride comfortable even on very long trips.
Performance
Mid range acceleration good for MPV and maintains speed even on steeper motorway climbs, but don't expect any 'racing starts'. Engine is very torquey so pulls well under load, even up steepish inclines.

Living with it
Reliability
Never had any problems, but car not yet 2 years old.
Image
'Grown up' MPV. Doesn't look (or perform) cheap, but surely it's the sort of car people buy for practical reasons - not image?
Comfort
Excellent. Rear seats a bit tight on legroom but fine for kids/ shorter adults. Independent forward and backrest angle adjustment of all seats makes the car very versatile. Automatic climate control effective & reliable. All controls fall well to hand.

Security and Service
Security
Never tested in anger, but seems ok. Alarm has gone off a few times for no apparent reason when car parked but not a major problem.
Service
Have had a few minor issues with defective internal trims, but they have always been sorted out promptly and efficiently.

Problems and Ownership
Problems
Engine
No problems
Other
15"" wheel models waear tyres unevenly - especially rear. This is now well documented in various forums and it seems Peugeot replace with 16"" rims & lower profile tyres (as per standard spec on newer models) when asked - i'm about to test this theory!
