I love sports cars.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Every body seems to like it. Friends have been allowed to drive it and still thank me even 3 years on!

Would you buy this car again and why?

No, although the car is an amazing machine, ownership has been tainted by the catastophic failure of the gearbox. An other unsettling feeling of being treated as a second class citizen by my local dealership, not I would hasten to add by the chap who sold me the car but more so by the chief mechanic and the office bureacrats. Not Good!

What are you likely to buy next?

Maybe and older air cooled Porsche.

I got a good deal because I was able to get the tax off.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Because I'd always dreamed of one

What was the dealer like?

Dealer was very helpful and generally gave an excellent service.

What's it like to drive?

Awsome!! Really quite amazing and still enthrawls me every time I get in.

What's it like to park?

Easy to park with clever self tilting off side mirror.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Oh yes! Within one week I had to replace the battery which incidentally was not covered by the Porsche year long warranty I thought that really sucked considering waht I had paid. Worse still last year the gearbox expired at just 90,000 km!!! After 3 months of sometimes quite heated haggling, I finally convinced Porsche to stump up half the costs but was still incredibly expensive at around 2000 pounds from myself!!

What's most practical about your car?

Getting from A to B on the autobahn in short order.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Switchable Porsche exhaust (Nice and quiet or Le-mans loud).
