Renault Captur 1.6 E-Tech Full Hybrid 145 Esprit Alpine 5dr Auto Owner Review

Nightmare from day one. Electrical Gremlins, Losing Power, Paintwork Defects, Terribly fitting Carpet, Interior Scratches. The Hendy group have managed to make matters worse and it has been in the garage for 9 weeks. Finally returned advising "no fault found" with the electrics and power loss, all other faults exactly as before. Renault UK and Hendy group unwilling to help.
If the car worked properly is would be fair, As its a Hybrid disappointed with 45MPG and the boot floor is very high with a small capacity due to the batteries being underneath. When the car is in electric mode it is quiet but rather noisy when the motor cuts in for charging the battery.
Summary poor quality, shocking dealership and Renault UK are hopeless, I would steer well clear of Renault.
