Economy
Value
I bought mine for £1,450 with very low milage and service history. I compared this to the same model and year being sold for £800 with 100K miles.
Costs
The car did well on petrol costing just over £35 for a full tank from on the light and getting 350+ miles of motorway driving at 80-85 average and about 250+ town driving. A service at a non-dealer garage cost £80.

On the road
Driving
I found this car to be good driving around town and on long journey's. The car handles well and is very good starting first time.
Performance
I found to be very good for the age and engine size. It pulled well and could get to speed limits quite quickly. I found it to beat my mates 1.1 easily and quite easily keep up with my mates 1.3 and 1.4 car's.

Living with it
Reliability
Never had any problems. This car never let me down in sunshine or rain, moring or day.
Image
Mine was metalic blue and I thought it looked quite nifty. The bumpers where black which let it down a bit and although having the bonnet open the other way looks cool it's not very practical.
Comfort
I was quite surprised by this. I found the car to not be very comfy round town. This worried me when I was preparing for my long distance journey but I found this journey to be very comfy indeed.

Security and Service
Security
The car came with remote central locking and an engine immobiliser. The only problem with this was that the immobiliser only gives you 30 secs to put in car key before starting again. Another problem is that if you lose your key you can't drive the car.
Service
Never used as used non dealer gargae.
