Value
A few toys as standard and seemed cheaper than most class rivals at the time.
Costs
Yet to have first service, however enquired with dealers and apparently its £130 for the first servicing.

On the road
Driving
Whilst it drives well at low speeds, it does become a little noisy at around 50mph. Apart from that, it was reasonable.
Performance
On my own this car is reasonably nippy for its size, once you start putting shooping in and the wife, things start to slow considerably.

Living with it
Reliability
Had various faults from new. Having moved to a new area soon after buying the car, the local dealership flatly refused me a courtesy car. Renault UK soon sorted this out.
Image
Looks good, however slightly disheatening when renault seem to tweak the look every year.
Comfort
Pretty comfy up front but awfull rear legroom. Interior is well styled.

Security and Service
Security
Only a immobiliser and deadlocks.
Service
Renault UK were fantastic, however the local dealership were often rude and unaccomodating. Eventually they became OK (only after I hinted that I may be interested in a second car)

Problems and Ownership
Problems
Engine
Engine Computer started stalling engine on 1st startup after a long drive. Dealer fixed.
Other
Loud whistling noise with windows down only appears at 30-40 Mph. Dealer investigated and reckon its wind noise from wing mirror. I agree with them but they wont change it under warrantee.
Ownership

Would you buy the same model again?

Did you buy from the same manufacturer again?
Yes
