Economy
Value
Got CD player with fingertip controls, E/W, ABS etc. Only thing which would be nice would be some alloys and maybe air con...
Costs
Brilliant on fuel, it hardly needs filling up. It's really good. Insurance was cheap too.

On the road
Driving
It's a surprisingly good drive. I've gone from a 1.6 EFI to this 1.2i and it doesn't disappoint...
Performance
This is a very surprising car for its engine capacity. I've beaten a Honda Prelude and my mate's BMW 323Ci... It's quick off the mark, but it has to be pushed... but then it is a 1.2. It's good on motorway runs too, handles 80mph well.

Living with it
Reliability
Quite good... apart from a rattle on the passenger side... still haven't found it yet... I think it's the sunroof though...
Image
People like it. It gives you street cred, which at my age of 18, is needed, lol! It also has a 'mean-ish' look from the front when the sidelights are on at night...
Comfort
I'm 6ft2 and it's rare for me to find comfort in a car, but the Clio has hit the sweet spot, only thing it needs is steering adjustable for reach too...

Security and Service
Security
I've been broken into once already, they tried to nick the CD player (dunno why, it's Renault?... wierd people) and they tried to hotwire it with no avail... self locking doors after 5mph are a good feature, too.
Service
Haven't had any problems yet... they've been helpful with enquiries though.
