Summary
What does this car say about you?
Practical yet fun! A perfect first car, I love it so much!
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Great! Pleased with how well it has served me.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Definitely! 5 doors is so practical and although lovely and small it will comfortably sit 4, and will squeeze 5! Boot space is plentiful, economical, and a 1.2 8v keeps me up with the rest of them ob the motorway!
What are you likely to buy next?
Im not looking to get rid of the clio yet, but id happily buy the same again, just a bit newer with air conditioning!

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Independent
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£2,100
When did you buy the car?
March 2012
Did you get a good deal and why?
Not really - although it had lowish milage (68, 000) it was a little over priced considering there were a few bits and bobs that ended uo being quite pricey, and its only an entry level model.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Cheap insurance, cute car, reliable runaround for an 18 year old! 5 doors were a safe and practical option.
What was the dealer like?
Friendly, but he exaggerated what he had done to it. The 5 "brand new tires" were four poor-quality remolds and a bald spare, all of which needed replacing within a few months -one completely split!

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Nippy enough! Feels sturdy and safe! I love it, good visibilty, comfy driving position.
What's it like to park?
Easy, and little!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
The rear passenger side door didn't open from inside and the locking motor had to be replaced. However, I think they were age related, as the timing belt also had to be replaced. Good runner apart from that!
What's most practical about your car?
5 doors and surprising amount of boot space for such a small car.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Steering wheel controls for the radio.
