Summary
What does this car say about you?
That you like a good looking car and you only pay £20/year tax :-).
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They call it the spaceship, due to its high level of tech inside and its overall design.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No, I'm looking for something a bit sportier next time.
What are you likely to buy next?
I've got a list to sieve through: Fiesta ST, Clio RS, Mini Cooper S, Abarth 500, Suzki Swift Sport and a few more.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised
Did you buy this car new?
Yes
What price did you pay?
£0
When did you buy the car?
March 2014
Did you get a good deal and why?
Ok deal. Traded in my fiesta which Renault valued higher than Ford, interestingly enough! Got the Clio just before the 64 plates came out so had a slight discount as they need to get rid of their 14s. Purchased on their Renault 4 plan, so warranty, servicing, road side assistance for four years.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
What was the dealer like?
Very good, before purchasing my fiesta I visited them and found the salesman pushy, but on returning to same dealership and salesman he was completely different. Great service and has been ever since with courtesy call and first service.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Punchy turbo engine surprises both other drivers and your passengers, especially after you've told them it's only 0.9 litre engine. Steering is well weighted. Not as composed as the fiesta, but still nice to drive overall. Some annoying wind noise from front driver window at high speeds.
What's it like to park?
I find it easy, more so than the fiesta as that has a bonnet that seems to go on forever. However my partner says she can't see out the back, due to the styling of rear windows. But she does parallel park it like a boss.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nope, all good so far (had car for just over a year now). Service lasted about an hour and everything was ok.
What's most practical about your car?
Having 5 doors but looking like a 3 door. Though not so practice when passengers can't find the handle! Large boot space.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Media Nav unit. Everyone is amazed by it. Very large touchscreen and performs well. Only downside is the sat Nav that doesn't allow full postcode search, though you can now download this via My Renault online. However mine won't seem to apply the update.
