What does this car say about you?
I think this car will not sell as many as the other renaultsport clios so its a bit of exclusivity, mine is black and always gets attention, usually from people behind seeing how wide it is. People may think you have a bob or 2 with the official list price
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
People who know nothing about cars think its nice looking, those in the know are jealous as hell by the performance figures
Would you buy this car again and why?
I think I wouldnt, this car needs a turbo, or needs to shed a lot of weight

Did you get a good deal and why?
I posed as a fleet buyer even though I only wanted one! I got metallic and tinted windows, upgrade stereo and headlights for £13700
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Ive owned the clio 172 which was amazing when it was working properly, and I heard the build quality on the new one was better.
What was the dealer like?
The dealer was a long distance away and I had to keep ringing them to check progress, didnt make you feel special when you handed the car over

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Ive just turned 500 miles so only now starting to push it, no power down low like the old ones, feels a bit heavy, good cornering very flat round bends, frustratingly have to drop sometimes 2 gears to overtake!
What's it like to park?
Its ok, bigger car, expensive alloys!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nothing as yet, paint work is a bit patchy, and possibly a knocking suspension on front. Runs lumpy when its cold but thats the same on the old Clio Sports, something to do with a surging choke.
What's most practical about your car?
Size, and ability to carry 4 adults with ease

The standard seats are very supportive and feel hard wearing
