Economy
Value
Fairly average priced, but i got mine at cost price at new (3250 English pounds, so very good value in my book).
Costs
Fuel eco good, insurance ok (just road tax... grrrrr), the windscreen has a habit of chipping and then splitting and cracking, there appears to be a lot of torque.

On the road
Driving
Handles a bit like a bus, but fun to drive!
Performance
Did a great job in 2500 miles around France in snow, ice and 4 degrees, coped well with hills and driving through the Alps. Perfect for horsy people, with families who want that easy ajustible extra seats.

Living with it
Reliability
Very reliable, trustworthy and love it to bits! Mine does have s habit of blowing light bulbs every other month though.
Image
The kangoo...cheeky appearance, fun looker in the higher models, raises a smile, once you start to appreciate its quirky looks as they still stand out in a crowd, but it has an aura of 'im proud to be different!
Comfort
Not the greatest, but good high driving position, everything is where you want it, but the bog standard model is very basic.

Security and Service
Security
Dead locks work too well! Basic immobiliser as standard although could have alarm too.
Service
My vehicle was bought straight from Southampton docks- very little communication from seller, but it was a quick and easy no hassle sale, what you saw was what you got,no hidden extras

Problems and Ownership
Problems
Engine
Survived an over dose of 5L of engine oil! Holds up well to long journeys and short journeys, copes with harsh treatment.
Other
Hazard switch packed up, poor quality. brakelights often blow. Electric speedo died when it has only done 200 miles, seat recliner handle broke on drivers side with very little use, door winder on passenger side poor quality and falls off!
