Summary
What does this car say about you?
I drive a cheap Renault so could not have a bmw.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They think it is a lot of flash for not a lot of cash my children (young adults) hate it in the back lack of room.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No it is very poor on fuel 44MPG at best and most of my miles are done at 75MPH on the motorway.
What are you likely to buy next?
New shape BMW 1 series 116d se.

Did you get a good deal and why?
Car was cheap as it was got from Auction it had only covered 27000 miles and it needed some paint work done and front grill replaced.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I had to buy a used car that had a list price of around 20k new to use as a company car.
What was the dealer like?
Did not buy from a dealer as I am a buyer for a dealership.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
I live out in the fens in Lincolnshire and the roads are very poor yet it copes very well with this on the motorway it is excellent. it does have a lot of turbo lag which can be a pain at junctions and wont pull very well if in a high gear at low speeds so you sometimes have to change down to overtake.
What's it like to park?
Not great hard to see out the back.

Have you had any problems with the car?
No I have done 13k in it and it has been very good.
What's most practical about your car?
Nothing
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Tom tom sat nav and cruise control.
