Summary
What does this car say about you?
Although I'm 55 I've had a 306xsi and an RS2000 so this time I've gone for comfort and this car is poles apart from the last cars. You sacrifice ride comfort for speed, a tighter ride, uprated springs etc.The Laguna is still pretty quick.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Partner loves the ride 'cos her t**s stay in the same place. Teenage daughters love the space.
Would you buy this car again and why?
I'd buy a Laguna again but I've read certain models are a tad unreliable.

Yes, got a good deal because the car was £18,500 12 yrs ago and hadn't lost it's sparkle.

Car was recommended by a friend.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
A dream to drive, the 8 valve engine is as smooth as a 16v, responsive, cruises quietly and without fuss. Around town car is non-stressful though gearchanges are frequent(hills) gearbox is smooth, not notchyand clutch doesn't pull muscles in your leg.
What's it like to park?
I'm not too hot on reversing but haven't nudged anything yet. A good tight turning circle, not like the 306 I had.

Have you had any problems with the car?
2 bulbs have blown.
What's most practical about your car?
Car is practical throughout, comfort is high level, boot is cavernous, ride is superb etc. etc.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Favourite gadget is Auto Climate control, set it forget it.
