I love the car, I always wanted a Laguna but Mk1's weren't safe enough and Mk2 were too unreliable. This is perfect, love driving it, great value for money second hand, reasonably efficient for a large petrol.
I picked it up from an auction house up north at 11 years old with Service History and only 23K miles from two elderly ladies and a dented door for £1350, drove it home feeling liked I had robbed a bank. Got a replacement door for £50, its been my best car buy ever.
How reliable do you find the car?
Had to change one of the ignition coils after it started misfiring and replaced the 12v front socket, but consdiering I got it at auction it has been brilliant.Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
It is so smooth, I love driving it, any excuse for a long drive I take it. Even the indicator is a soothing noise. Steering whell and switches are well shaped, is a real pleasure to drive and use, loads of little touches like the welcome and the stereo switching off when you open the door. Sound system is great, love the 6 speed gearbox got 44mpg (2.0 petrol) on a run when I first got it.About their car
