Renault Laguna Sport Tourer 2.2 dCi Privilege 5d (02) (2003/03) Owner Review

-
Economy
Value
Waste of money and time no point in having a car that spends most of the time in the dealers
Costs
Car still under warranty for repairs, but service cost seem average
-
On the road
Driving
Not to bad when it's working. Mondeos are the best for this class though
Performance
2.2 d has plenty of power, but treat it gently or you might break it.

Living with it
Reliability
If I could give a minus rating this car would be have it. This is the worse car I have ever had for reliabilty. Renault should be ashamed of themselves. I wouldn't a recommend Renault to my worst enemy.
Image
Good for a laugh, at my expense in the office.
Comfort
Comfortable, but a bit of wind noise possibly caused by the roof bars
-
Security and Service
Security
Not to many problems, but new locks to door and tailgate have been fitted
Service
The dealer and Renault have not been able to fix an engine rattle. I have tried different dealers and none inspire confidence.
