Renault Laguna Sport Tourer (2001-2007) interior, tech and comfort

Renault’s attempt to stylishly improve the interior with a metallic trim looks a little tasteless and poorly designed, although visibility is good -with no major blind spots – making overtaking and reversing maneuvers easier.
The Sport Tourer is spacious and reasonably comfortable, with lumbar and height adjusters, an adjustable steering wheel, and engine noise in the cabin is of a minimum. The atmosphere inside the car is relaxed, aided by the Laguna’s smooth ride, and the comfort has been further enhanced by the recent interior facelift. The newly improved materials are of a reasonable standard and are more durable to cope with the demands of family wear-and-tear than older versions.
