What does this car say about you?

Family guy, needs a new car.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Nothing much.

Would you buy this car again and why?

No, bit bored with it.. like the metallic green colour though that I've seen many others sporting.

What are you likely to buy next?

Something 5 door, but not as big an engine, just a run about - need to do my bit for the planet and walk a bit more.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Well it was valued at about £600-£700 at the time so for £400 was a bargain. I was expecting some work on it so eventually I paid up to the value price. I was lucky in some respects as I knew an ex Renault Mechanic who managed to save me some money on the work done. An initial problem was the AC, so he advised having it removed, managed to save about £200 on that. It has had alot of work done on it, more than its worth. But bearing in mind that i got it for less than its value and it was 20,000 miles under the expected for its age its done a reasonable run.. I think the time comes when you realise that your car is completely brand new, aside the REG plate and bodywork/upholstery because everything you've had done on it and so you need to move on.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Have a small family and was looking for a car with reasonable room on the back seats, while having a decent boot size for storage. Managed to find it and felt it was a bargain.

What was the dealer like?

Nice teacher, nearing retirement. Spare family car.

What's it like to drive?

Fine - clutch was changed recently so was getting very sluggish leading upto that.

What's it like to park?

Ok, I have eyes.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Nothing unexpected, just wear and tear.

What's most practical about your car?

TARDIS like storage space.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Nothing fancy - maybe underfloor storage and underseat storage.
