Idiot!! If you want a car that you will hardly get to drive and will cost a fortune in garage bills then buy an old Renault

Provides them with a great source of amusement.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No, it's shockingly unreliable - they don't come bottom of the reliability survey for nothing and thats the new models - having an old one just increases of it breaking down.
What are you likely to buy next?
A Toyota Avensis.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
When running it drives handles OK, performance is a little on the slow side even for a 1.4 but its still acceptable.
What's it like to park?
Not the best - unable to view the front of the car while in the drivers seat and same for the back view so an element of guesstimation is required to guage distances to other cars, objects. Bumper has taken some damage.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
ABS decoder ring broke - requiring a new driveshaft to be fitted. Engine wiring corroded need a new wiring loom to be fitted. Middle section of the exhaust fell off. Interior trim falling off bonnet cable broke
What's most practical about your car?
keeps the RAC/local garage busy

Accessories cessed to work a long time ago.
