Tey like the look but have never owned a Renault

No. I would pobably go for a more reliable and well constructe car like a Golf, or Toyota/Nissan etc

Okay deal, nothing special
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Good specification, economical (mpg and tax) plus liked the look of the car.
What was the dealer like?
The salesman was young and enthusiastic but the dealership were cocky; since gone into receivership!!!!

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very economical but unsettling noises when parking; fine when driving on the motorway.
What's it like to park?
Good visibility and turning circle - no problem.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Temperamental external temperature gauge (Renault could not find anything wrong), the wiring to the clutch switch to allow starting when depressed failed (repaired myself) BUT the most irratating faults are the electric windows - the passenger front does not work and the rear ones open/close eratically.
What's most practical about your car?
5 doors and a reasonably sized boot.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Twin sunroof, climate control (although I'm just waiting for that to fail)
