Most are astonished by the cars performance whilst others love its unusual look and colour

If I am next in the market for a hot hatch - very possibly

Change in work circumstances may necessitate something on the lines of Nissan Navara or Mitsubishi L200

Did you get a good deal and why?
Got a reasonable deal - the car is in Liquid Yellow with Xenons and offered very sensible money on my part exchange of at least £500 more than offered elsewhere.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Had tried several Hot Hatches - Found the Megane R26 3d the most involving drive and unique in its class.
What was the dealer like?
The dealer was fairly helpful though after the deal was concluded there were few delays on minor points - Renault have never been renowned for particularly strong service.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Some torque steer, firm ride that took me a couple of weeks to adjust to, exhilirating and raw acceleration, incredible brakes and precise and faultless steering and grip in all weathers. In short she is what I consider to be a true hot hatch!
What's it like to park?
Easy - though scuffed front alloy against kerb on one occassion!!!!!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nothing - left her standing on driveway whilst abroad for 4 weeks and she started at first press of the button!
What's most practical about your car?
I find the hatch is very decent size for a car of this nature - can take 2 x suitcases and the kids very comfortable in the rear seats.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Liquid Yellow paint - maybe somewhat loud but always able to locate car in busy car parks!!!!
