What was the dealer like?
Not good, despite it being a company car I still had to order it through a dealer. The original order included a light interior and the built in tomtom sat nav, but on delivery the car arrived with a dark interior and no sat nav. I refused to accept the car, but came to a deal when the dealer agreed to supply a top of the range tomtom with a dash mounting kit, hard-wired in and a aluminium aerobar roof rack.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
The car has a rather nifty CVT autobox which takes a bit of getting use to as it sounds and feels like the clutch is slipping but its performance from a standstill and for overtaking is excellent. Basically when you want power and you floor the engine, the revs go up to to about 5500 rpm and it keeps the engine at its maximum power band, equally when your cruising along the gearbox selects the best ratio to the engine is just above tick over for economy.
What's it like to park?
Easy, compact estate with reverse sensors, light steering and a good turning lock

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Naturally yes, it a Renault. After 26 k miles and 1 year and 3 days the engine fell out! Driving around a roundabout there was a large bang followed by various grinding noises, on inspection it was found that one of the engine mounts had collapsed causing the engine to drop some 6"
What's most practical about your car?
Good size boot for such a compact estate car, lots of little cubby holes for storage and plenty of underfloor storage in the boot.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Hands free door entry and start and cruise control
