Renault Scenic (2003 - 2009) 1.5 dCi Dynamique (86bhp) 5d (Euro 4) Owner Review

My main like about this car is the space. It has a huge boot which fits a double pram which is essential for us. The back also has three individual seats which enables us to fit two car seats and a third person in the middle. Basically an ideal car if you have multiple small children. The drive is smooth and I like that the gear stick is up in the dashboard near the radio, not something I’ve had in cars before. The car is a diesel and the fuel seems to last well too. The negatives are that the car radiator only works on three settings which isn’t ideal. Obviously this isn’t going to be with every car but my one has this issue. The worst issue was when I bought it from a garage (which sells used cars) the car was soaking wet in the footwell after the first lot of rain. I took it straight back and they resolved the issue, which turned out to be dirt/leaves had blocked the vent in top of the bonnet so rain water just ended up in the footwell. Easily fixed. Another issue is the drivers window doesn’t wind down easily.
