Summary
What does this car say about you?
Practicality comes first but styling is also important.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Lots of positive comments on the styling & the size of it. (Looks bigger than it actually is).
Would you buy this car again and why?
No. Too many faults. Reliability isn't Renault's strong point. Electrical issues & leaks are far too common.
What are you likely to buy next?
Ford Focus.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very comfortable on short & long journeys. The 1.5 DCI could definitely do with a sixth gear but other than that I can't fault it. Very good car for fuel economy. Currently getting 54mpg from it.
What's it like to park?
With its short bonnet & the almost vertical rear end I've found it really easy to park. Despite it's height & spacious interior the Scenic is a surprisingly short car compared to a lot of others.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
All the electric windows suffer from intermittent faults. Have also had a major leak in the front foot-wells which was caused by blocked drainage ducts (below windscreen). This caused the heater blower & the expensive UCH body control module to stop working.
What's most practical about your car?
Spacious car. Especially with the potential to remove completely or just fold down the back seats.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The underfloor storage compartments are ideal for a the car clutter free & keeping valuables out of sight.
