Most enjoy the spacious cabin and smooth ride.

Would you buy this car again and why?

No. The number of faults means we have lost confidence in this which is a shame because when it works we love it!

What are you likely to buy next?

Still undecided: C-Max, Zafira, Note or Roomster or perhaps back to Hatchback with Astra or Focus.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Purchased from car supermarket. Lower cost than buying from main dealer.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Liked the way it drove, good space and equipment levels. Needed bigger car due to expanding family!

What was the dealer like?

Helpful. Got good part exchange value on W Reg Astra and had test drive in the Scenic and Zafira before purchasing.

What's it like to drive?

Easy to drive. Performs well in town and on its few occasional m-way trips. Not much in the way of accceleration - but that's now why you buy one of these!

What's it like to park?

Fine. Short bonnet. Rear window is where the back of the car is.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Fine for first year or so. Then ignition coil went, followed by engine fault (an oil feed), water pump and then engine coil. Renault paid for two of these faults, made a good will contribution towards the third - as these things should not have gone wrong on a car of this age and low mileage.

What's most practical about your car?

Safe, spacious and comfortable transport for family of 4 plus large dog!

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Toss up between auto lights and wipers or the fact that the windows close automatically when you deadlock the car.
