Renault Twingo (2007 - 2014) 1.2 TCE GT 3d Owner Review

Initially bought to beat ULEZ charges once or twice a week but having realised the rear seats can easily be removed it’s turned into our daily drive as we can now fit our 52KG Ridgeback comfortably in the back. The boot is now bigger than our Freelander2 and we’ve even moved a full-size armchair.
Obviously being a supermini it’s great in town but lookout for potholes because the firmer suspension on the GT model can make the ride a bit choppy at times.
What really surprised me is the acceleration on the motorway at higher speeds which is really a safety feature because if you need to get yourself out of a tricky situation the turbo power is there to help you.
This was an impulse buy and one I haven’t regretted in 6 months of ownership.
