Rolls-Royce Ghost verdict
2020 onwards
(change model)
Should you buy one?
The new Rolls-Royce Ghost carries only two elements over from the previous car (the Spirit of Ecstasy and the passenger umbrellas) but it’s just slightly better in every way. After 11 years, Rolls-Royce has essentially improved the issues its customer likely never noticed.
Outside the new Ghost still a statement of wealth, but a slightly more understated and classier one – while inside it’s luxurious and uncluttered. Tens of millions of R&D pounds have made it even more composed and engaging behind the wheel, though at this level of refinement the differences are subtle. It’s still a Ghost, but it’s one distilled and improved for a new age, and a new customer.
