    Driving

    5 out of 5 5.0

Great driver's car. Steering fluent, doesn't lack grip in the corners. Lightweight subframe means quick off the mark.

    Performance

    4 out of 5 4.0

Quick! (for a 1.1). Acceleration can take you by surprise, especially pulling from second to third.

  • Living with it

    Reliability

    3 out of 5 3.0

Nothing wrong so far. Full Service history is a real bonus - and only buy with MOT. Cambelt needs changing at 60,000 miles but K-Series engines seem relatively okay.

    Image

    2 out of 5 2.0

Had a few problems! From the front, it doesn't look that dated, but inside and side view reveals the rebadged Metro. If you look past the 'elderly' image them this is truely a cracking car. Definately worth a go if young driver / on tight budget.

    Comfort

    3 out of 5 3.0

Front seats are more than adequate. Rear passengers are cramped in the back. Light roof material brightens things up.

  • Security and Service

    Security

    3 out of 5 3.0

Factory-fitted alarm and immobiliser. Red flashing light acts as a great deterent, even if the system can be bypassed by the serious thief.
