nothing good...
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
friends laugh, family only consider it a 'runaround' mother was shocked it could do 90mph (never mind 110)
Would you buy this car again and why?
only a metro GTI. rapid!
What are you likely to buy next?
i wont be owning my own car until i'm at least 20 years old, but i'd hope to buy something like a VW Lupo GTi, Corsa 1.8 SRI, Mk2 Golf GTI, Punto GT, Metro GTI etc. But i'll be driving this thing for quite a while yet! my friends have all moved onto their second cars now, with much more power, but they still cant beat me round corners

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
When u start it from cold it is totally abismal. honestly, walking would be a better option, as in the rover the fan is so bad that the windscreen takes at least 5 minutes (no joke) to clear. When the engine is warm however (take at least 30 mins) it pulls well when u push it, but doesnt move unless u floor it. even then its pretty gutless above 60mph. After that it drinks so much fuel u will be one first name terms with your petrol station assistant...its only a 7 gallon tank, which may give only 240 miles (very gentle driving) to a tank. its hopeless bordering on dangerous on the motorway unless u go flat out, very irritating, not helped by the fact that it will do top speed (110) in 4th gear, which means it really struggles to pull 5th at 80mph+ handling is good tho, good sharp turn in
What's it like to park?
easy, power steering would make it a dream. no modern car can compare as with this you can see the bumper lines.
