Economy
Value
Obviously depreciated alot from price as new, but that's cars for you.
Costs
Was I just unlucky? Head gasket went, Rover charged £1000. That was just one main cost of £1000s spent on the car.

Driving
When going well, loved to drive this car. Very nippy and sporty feel.
Performance
Again, did perform well at first, till problems started.

Living with it
Reliability
Not good for me. Was stranded several times when immobiliser started playing up, not long after I bought it.
Image
I loved the look of this car and all the lovely wood trim, and electric extras, when they were working.
Comfort
As the driver I found it fine, but many passengers complained of feeling cramped.

Security and Service
Security
Good alarm, immobiliser. Although it did get attention, none has tried to steal it!
Service
I feel Rover cars are overpriced, though they were fair with me, I think. Work is at least, guaranteed.
