Economy
Value
I really wanted a Silver GTA and was unable to find one. So when this one finally came up I jumped at it and ended up paying over the odds for it, but I'm happy!
Costs
Reasonably cheap bits, cheap on petrol, but quite expensive insurance. Quite a few companies class is as a 'HOT HATCH', even though it's a Metro.

On the road
Driving
I love driving this car. It's great fun and sporty when you want it to be.
Performance
Fantastic at pulling away at the lights and cruises very happily at 90mph.

Living with it
Reliability
It has broken down twice in the 3 years I have owned it. Both times was a loose connection in the fuel pump. The second time shouldn't have happened, but the RAC didn't fix it properly the first time.
Image
I have added extras; clear indicators etc. Looked good before, but looks really smart now. Apparently mines in a 'FANTASTIC' condition.
Comfort
I'm fine in the front. I'm 5' 8" and drive with the seat as far back as it goes. The people in the back are squashed. The front passenger is fine as long as there is no one behind them.

Security and Service
Security
So far so good. No incidents as yet.
Service
I would buy a Rover again, as they are fantastic cars. During the purchase of my car, Rover were very poor, as were the Rover Garage I purchased the car from.
