Rover 200 Cabriolet 216 2d Auto (1993/L) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
Much more for your money than an Escort cabriolet and most have been better looked after than the Golf cabrio.
Costs
Petrol consumption is OK but no better than that. Other costs are good.

On the road
Driving
Handles / corners well. Driving position comfortable although there are dreadful blackspots when looking in the mirror.
Performance
Excellent for 1.6 litre. But why did Rover never put a more powerful 2.0 litre in it ? Doh!

Don't waste time with Rover. This car is easy to work on, any garage can do it.
