Rover 200 Cabriolet 216 2d (1998/R) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
Good value for a convertible.
Costs
Consumption not bad for the performance, other costs fairly low.
-
On the road
Driving
Good fun to drive - handles well, comfortable seats, good driving position, helped by plenty of adjustment.
Performance
Engine smooth and willing to rev - performs well for a 'straight' 1.6.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Now done 34,000 and never missed a beat. No other problems, either.
Image
Striking for a Rover - best with hood down!
Comfort
Good in front, not so good in back (but what do you expect from a convertible?). Some wind noise from hood, but not bad considering.
