    Value

    1 out of 5 1.0

I bought the car when it was 3yrs old from a main dealer with service history for £5,200. I traded it in 15 months later and only got £2,800 for it!! They don't hold their value very well.

In 15 Months it needed a new engine at 22,000 miles (warranty job) Common prob apparently. New alloy as the coating had flaked off. Now sunroof because the frame was rusty. This car was only 3 and a half years old!

    Driving

    3 out of 5 3.0

Quite a nippy little car and not bad on take off.

    Performance

    3 out of 5 3.0

It wasn't the fastest car I've owned. But for a 1.4 it was pretty quick and wasn't bad on the motorways.

  • Living with it

    Reliability

    1 out of 5 1.0

It always started and ran ok. Was just build quality that let it down.

    Image

    4 out of 5 4.0

It had quite a good image I think.

    Comfort

    3 out of 5 3.0

    Quite a good, comfy ride.

  • Security and Service

    Security

    4 out of 5 4.0

Well it didn't get broken into or stolen!!

    Service

    2 out of 5 2.0

The main dealer didn't really seem that interested in helping me and were very reluctant with the warranty work.

Engine needed replacing at 22k due to cam shaft going. Apparently common on the 200 & 400 on P & R Reg.

    Other

Sunroof frame rusted and had to be replaced and the car was only 3 years old.
