What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They like it.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes, I think I probably would. Unless something major happened to change my mind.

Well, I really WANT a Megane. I like the butt.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Didn't buy from a dealer
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£800
When did you buy the car?
February 2007
Did you get a good deal and why?
We bought private and got a good deal - the car was very well looked after, had plenty of kit and the seller was willing to negotiate on the price.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
It's my first car and I wanted something that was not a Renault Clio (because ALL of my friends have them and they're too small) and I needed something quite cheap. And I like them.
What was the dealer like?
The seller was excellent.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
I've only driven diesels so far so it's taking some getting used to but it's a 1600 (yay) and I like the feel when I put my foot down.
What's it like to park?
Easy.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Not yet but the timing belt is due to be changed in ten thousand miles.
What's most practical about your car?
The book and back seats are bigger than, say, a Renault Clio.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Electric sunroof. And windows. And, well, seeing as this is my first car and has electric everything I pretty much love it all.
