suppose it didnt have the coolest image, but young people are beggining to snap them up, its a smart looking car, im proud to be seen driving a British built car!

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Everyone is shocked at how much you get for you money, and how quick it is. Not had a bad word said about it.

Would you buy this car again and why?

YES, ideally once my insurance premiums drop i would like the 1.8 gti or the MG zr 160.

Did you get a good deal and why?

These rovers are very competatively priced, since the company no longer exhists, this really doesnt effect the cost of ownership, but for the the clever used car buyer, they are complete steals!!

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

It was the fastest car i could afford on my budget, its lowish insurance, it was best equipped, it was the best to drive,

What's it like to drive?

I have the 100 hp version, which is a large amount of power to get from a 1.4. it can outrun virtually all 1.4 cars in its class. gets to 60 in under 10 secs. its faster than some 1.6 and 1.8 cars. Perfect for country driving, ride and handling are great, motorway driving is comfy and smooth, runs out of steam a bit at the top end, but still good for overtaking, good in towns, but speed humps can get annoying with the frim ride!

What's it like to park?

very easy, good power steering, you sit quite high so have good view all round. its bigger than a punto or corsa but fits into most places.

Have you had any problems with the car?

touch wood nothing yet, seems in very good condition, well made and tight!

What's most practical about your car?

this is a large super mini, so you get more room in the boot, and for the passengers, i have the 3 door, but i find getting 3 in the back easy, and with the 3 proper seatbelts nobody minds sitting in the middle!!!

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Came with the fully adjust seat with blue trim! very comfy, the alloys and front fogs make it look sporty without being too chavy. Single touch electric windows, sounds simple but are really useful.
