Value
Bought as an ex-demo car, cost £7,995. Not bad since 12 months ago new it would have been £15,000 plus
Costs
None as yet and there wont be untill another 2 years still under warranty from Rover. If I compere to my 1997 216sli there wont be many; only real costs with Rovers are the head gaskets.

Driving
In my opinion this has got to be one of the best driving small cars on the market. I've drove many cars after working in the motor trade and none have left me with the urge to just go out and drive it the the fun of it.
Performance
Fast. Anyone tell me why Rover say the car can only do 115mph, cos I've had it faster, a lot faster - come on Rover update your perfromance figures, you're selling the car short.

Living with it
Reliability
Had no problems with me other Rover that had the same 1.6 K-series as this one so I am hoping it will be just as good.
Image
Not every 20 year old's choice but I like it that's what matters.
Comfort
Full leather, air con, full electrics, what more could you want? It's spot on.

Security and Service
Security
Well luckily the 25 ixl has all of Rover's security kit bolted to it as standerd so I can sleep easy at night.
Service
Was ok with my previous Rover and not been called upon yet with this one hope they keep up the good work.
