Summary
What does this car say about you?
Not a lot really. I was given the nickname Auntie Bayliss for driving it, despite being an 18 year old male.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Friends liked it but wouldn't admit it. Family hated it. Neighbours probably didn't even notice it.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes; It's comfortable and quick.
What are you likely to buy next?
I ended up buying a Volvo 850, which has thus far been disappointing.

No

£250

October 2006

Yes. I bought it for £250, did 7000 miles in it over 3 months on a knackered clutch and with a starting problem and sold it for £220.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I'm friends with the person that I bought it off and he was going to trade it in for £200 for a Peugeot 206CC, so I offered him £250 and he agreed.

Sound.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Nice on motorways and in traffic, not so great around corners, and it was plenty quick enough for me.
What's it like to park?
Very easy, I never hit a curb once =)

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
I bought it needing new flywheel ring gear, so starting first time got progressively less frequent, it also needed a new clutch but this lasted for the time I owned it.
What's most practical about your car?
Massive boot, did plenty of travelling around visiting people in it.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The seats were marvellous. I want another one just because of how comfortable it was.
