Value
These cars are now very good value - unfortunate for some.
Costs
Not too bad - as these cars are very common, you can pick up parts cheaply online and from scrap yards.

Driving
The drive is certainly not going to blow you over.
Performance
110bhp didn't sound bad for a 1.4L although I can't believe this is true as the performance was awful.

Reliability
Unfortunately Rover reliability was as expected, I had to sell the car due to a blown head gasket - a common fault on all these.

To be honest I can't complain regarding the comfort of the 400.
