  • Economy

    Value

    4 out of 5 4.0

Cheap to buy - low values for decent cars.

    Costs

    2 out of 5 2.0

OK - but £20 for a wheel trim. Worth looking in the scrap yard for some parts I think.

    Driving

    4 out of 5 4.0

Light power steering, good driving position and excellent all round visibility (except you cant see the end of the boot!)

    Performance

    3 out of 5 3.0

Not a sports car, and turbo is needed and makes for good motorway driving. No need to change down to fourth gear anyway.

I am 22 and I have an 'old man's car' according to some friends. I have wood trim. I don't care, I like it.

    Comfort

    4 out of 5 4.0

Supportive seats, good leg room in the back, with nice useful features such as an in-car boot release lever.

  • Security and Service

    Security

    3 out of 5 3.0

Alarm system fitted as standard. No immobiliser.

    Service

    2 out of 5 2.0

The salesman forgot to ring me to say the part I ordered had arrived. £20 for a wheel trim and I had to fit it myself. They were polite though!

  • Problems and Ownership

    Problems

    Engine

Nice, although cold starting is loud and rough and I would not buy a non-turbo diesel.

    Other

Manual front windows are difficult to operate with driver's side sticking!
