just purchased a rover 45 td s3 impression its a 17yr old car with 104k on the clock and i paid £600 for the car today its the l series diesel engine and is bombproof and is a very economical engine i can expect 45-50mpg ive a passion for rovers and have owned a rover 25 diesel in the past so i know a little about them anyway back to the 45 its in prestine condition for an older car and drives as though its done half the miles it was actually quieter at motorway speeds than the 2 year old taxi i travelled in to collect the car. the 2.0 litre diesel turbo engine pulls very well once the turbo kicks in your off
