What does this car say about you?

I am proud it has the union flag badges on and Ithink most people would admire the car.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Everyone likes it. My neighbour was surprised how good it was when he rode in it as he had heard so many negative comments about Rover.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes indeed I would but unfortunately Rover is no more.

What are you likely to buy next?

I have bought a Toyota Aygo! Yes I can't believe it myself. I never thought I'd buy a Japanese car! I thought it was time to go green and now I'm regreting it. I've changed my comfortable car for a wee noisy thing. No parking sensors, no climate control. My wife hates it, especialy on a long drive.

Did you get a good deal and why?

I got a very good deal. The car had only 5000 miles on the clock and was in showroom condition. The prices dropped when Rover went bust.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I have had four Rovers before and all have been great.

What was the dealer like?

Very good and friendly.

What's it like to drive?

Great on the motorway smooth and quiet at 70mph. They do come with different engine sizes but mine is the 1.4 which suits me fine for its economy. Others may prefer a beefier engine for increased acceleration.

What's it like to park?

Its good to park with the aid of the parking sensors. I love them.

Have you had any problems with the car?

I like it very much. Yes puts a smile on my face when I see it gleaming in the car park. There were no problems after 55000 miles except the srs indicator light coming on.This is caused by bad connection in the wiring under the drivers seat. It can be cured by twisting the connection or permantly by soldering.

What's most practical about your car?

Quiet, comfortable and reliable. Great for fetching home the DIY goods as its a hatchback.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

I love the climate control and the parking sensors.
