CONS
An old image for an old car

Overview
Rover would like to think 45 has more image than it has. It’s essentially a warmed-over 400 – and that dates back to the early 1990s. It looks expensive against talented models such as Focus and Civic and lacks the prestige of Mondeo, Passat and 406. But it does have plus points: an excellent ride, lots of equipment and gives a good drive.
