  • Economy

    Value

    5 out of 5 5.0

Well built car for very little money.

    Costs

    4 out of 5 4.0

Fuel consumption ok. Go to independant for work as Rover a little expensive, but not much goes wrong so cheap.

  • On the road

    Driving

    4 out of 5 4.0

Very good grip. Steering is a little light, but you get used to it.

    Performance

    5 out of 5 5.0

Honda engine is very good. Plenty of startoff power and good 5th gear pull, too, for motorways.

  • Living with it

    Reliability

    5 out of 5 5.0

This is a Honda with nice little bits of Rover thrown in. It hasn't let me down and I doubt very much it will.

I think they look smart inside and out, but I suspect they are considered a bit out of date now. The Accord has done better.

    Comfort

    3 out of 5 3.0

Limited room in back and I personally don't find the seats that comfortable. Wind noise is intrusive on motorways and ride is not too smooth.

  • Security and Service

    Security

    3 out of 5 3.0

Seems ok. I don't think these are coveted cars for thieves.

    Service

    2 out of 5 2.0

Not really used as too expensive, so no idea about the level of service.

  • Problems and Ownership

    Problems

    Engine

No problem at all. It is a Honda engine (the reason I got it).
