Seem to be getter cheaper. Some good deals if you shop around.

Parts and dealers aren't cheap.

Not too bad, but is definitely sedate rather than sporty.
Performance
1.8 struggles when fully loaded.

Living with it
Reliability
There seems to be a lot of headgasket problems with the 'K' Series engines. I should know as I've just been informed by my local garage that they have 3 Rover 75s in all requiring new cylinder heads - not cheap at £1600! Own up to this design fault Rover!
Image
Gives an image of quality - looks better than the 'X' type Jag from some angles.
Comfort
Exellent comfort.

Security and Service
Security
Not had any problems with the security.
Service
Rover should worry about keeping their customers happy as service is at best mediocre.

Problems and Ownership
Problems
Engine
Rover have known about a serious design fault with the 'K' Series engine which results in either a new Cylinder head or new engine being required. I think they should think about keeping customers happy. I have supported this British firm once too often!
Other
New 'K' Series cylinder head required, which is very costly! Rover still haven't quite learned from their previous disasters! 'K' series the weakest part of the package.Makes good business sense to upset any possible future customers.Swallow the medicine.
