Rover 75 Saloon (1999 - 2004) 2.0 V6 Club 4d Auto Owner Review

I was lucky to have found a car with full service history and a previous ownership of over 10 years with no expenses spared. However, the first couple of weeks brought about a few niggles so we'll see how it goes. It was ridiculously cheap considering the high quality of the car. I very much enjoy being in the Rover environment and it holds a strong road presence. I have a V6 2lt. auto. The engine is VERY thirsty and performance is leisurely. If you are considering one of these, consider that the beautiful interior and quiet smooth ride will be the positives - and high fuel consumption, slow and stately progress, the occasional niggle, will be the negatives. I was thinking of a Jag from the same era but the Rover wins because of much lower garage bills. I've also found it easy to work on myself. There is an excellent club forum and it's very easy to find spares online - because many are being scrapped. Grab one while you still can!
