Economy
Value
Bought new with over £2000 of extras for £19000
Costs
Average 40mpg may reflect more powerful engine, full option list and frequent short journeys. Servicing costs steep, but still less that the 'premium marques'

On the road
Driving
Very relaxed and sure footed. Best asa motorway cruiser but wonderfully serene on A roads as well
Performance
0-60 time won't set the world alight, but the huge amount of torque is more than sufficient for A roads and motorways

Living with it
Reliability
Only had problems with some minor trim. No mechanical or electrical problems after 30,000 miles.
Image
Looks great to me. The car attracted plenty of attention on the two visits to France.
Comfort
This is what I bought the car for. I don't think my spine can survive any more lifts in friends German cars

Security and Service
Security
Has every needed except curtain airbags. Alarm loud enough to wake up a sleepy French village when set off accidentally
Service
Poor customer service from first dealer. Second dealer seems to be better

Problems and Ownership
Problems
Engine
Other
Poor design of rear lamp cluster. Small platic part that holds the lamp onto body breaks easily. The cluster has to be taken off to change a bulb.
