Economy
Value
For the money, a great big comfy old slippers of a car.
Costs
Annoying electrical faults have cost me money...not the engine or the body though.
-
On the road
Driving
Very enjoyable, very smooth. It's no Mercedes but what age Mercedes are you going to get for the price?
Performance
It's slow to begin and coarse if pushed in first, but from second to fourth and at speed it behaves excellently and can hold its own against sportier models on the motorway.

Living with it
Reliability
The electrics have let a good car down.
Image
It is a comfy old tweed suit... I'm not but love it like a dear old uncle
Comfort
You really have to start looking at Mercedes to get better than this .... or the newer BMW 5 series... loads of room in the front or back for rugby playing sized chaps.

Security and Service
Security
Good...made enough noise in a multi storey to get someone to accost a would-be thief.
Service
Rover have been great, and honest. The local dealership know the cars faults and are sympathetic....not that costly either.
